Nicolas Raineri is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at ICN Business School, and a member of the Centre européen de recherche en économie financière et gestion des entreprises (CEREFIGE) at the University of Lorraine.
Nicolas obtained his PhD from the Faculty of Business Administration at Laval University, Canada, and pursued a post-doctorate at the Louvain School of Management, Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He was Associate Editor of Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility for four years, and his research work is published in academic journals such as the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Business Research.
His current research focuses on the psychological foundations of corporate social responsibility (CSR), a field of research that adopts a person-centered, psychology-based approach to studying CSR, particularly through the study of employee attitudes and behaviors. He is as well interested in the organizational behavior of people with a disability, and in issues of health, well-being and meaning at work.
Nicolas also has several years of international experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and consulting expertise in the assessment and prevention of psychosocial risks at work. |
