
Andrée-Anne Deschênes is a professor of human resource management at the Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR), Lévis campus. She holds a PhD in Administrative Sciences from Université Laval, Canada, and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en gestion des ressources humaines agréés (OCRHA).
Her research focuses on the individual and organizational challenges of workplace transformations. Her recent projects have examined the determinants of person-environment fit in hybrid work environments, the individual effects of new work organization models in public sector organizations, diagnostics and action plans related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) management, as well as the human challenges of digital transformation, particularly in terms of skill development and collaborative work.
Her research findings have been published in various French-language journals (Relations industrielles, Psychologie du travail et des organisations) and English-language journals (Computers in Human Behavior Reports, European Review of Applied Psychology). She is also the author and co-author of books and articles aimed at practitioners.
