On June 17, 2022, RIPCO is organizing its 3rd research day in hybrid mode. The focus of the day concerns health behaviors, the health of individuals and organizations. However, as every year, all papers concerning organizational behaviors are welcome.

Proposals must be submitted by email only, to the following address: soumission_jr2022@ripco-online.com, no later than April 25, 2022, for a return from the scientific committee scheduled for May 13, 2022.

The choice of the theme can be related to the covid pandemic, which puts health at the center of the concerns of actors and organizations. More generally, it aims to promote exchanges between researchers on various research topics, such as occupational health, prosocial behaviors, "healthy" organizations, management of health institutions, remote work, organizational resilience, and health data management. The research agenda of this 3rd day is therefore wide open and will question the way in which the scientific field of organizational behavior has integrated health issues. As such, a whole range of organizational behaviors are likely to be revisited or explored.
