If more than three Guest Editors, please explain this choice. Articles from the Special issue go through the usual proofreading process. Guest Editors select the reviewers and manage the review process, except they are authors or co-authors. In the latter case, the journal Editor in charge of the Special Issue manages the process. Only high quality papers should be accepted. Papers that do not correspond the theme of the Special issue or that do not meet the Special issue deadline are moved to a Regular issue. The Editor-in-Chief of the journal makes the final decisions regarding acceptance of a manuscript for publication.

Tentative submission schedule and deadlines :
Manuscripts should be submitted formatted according to RIPCO specifications. To ensure coherence in the Special issue, at the end of the review process, the Guest Editor encourages authors to consult and cite the other articles selected in the issue. To do this, the Guest Editor will make the other manuscripts available to the authors. The Guest Editor may reasonably request authors of other articles in the Special issue to participate in the double-blind review.

Collaboration of authors between different institutions and/or countries is preferred. Authors should not publish more than two articles in the same issue. If necessary, please provide justification. Special issue may contain articles reporting new findings, literature reviews, perspectives, short communications, etc. The inclusion of literature review on the theme of the special issue is strongly recommended. One or more Guest Editors will also write an editorial presenting the contributions of the Special issue. They may also be authors of other articles. Special issues generally contain 4 to 6 articles. Submission of manuscripts in English is strongly recommended.
