Franck Bietry is Full Professor at the University of Caen, specializing in the field of organizational behavior and human resources management. He is responsible within the IAE for the GRH Master in Continuing Education and active member of the NIMEC Research Center (EA 969, ED 242).
His research work focuses more specifically on three areas: 1) the commitment of employees, its antecedents, its consequences in particular in a nomadic career context and new forms of work, 2) the quantitative evaluation of the wellbeing at work especially in an international perspective, 3) the behaviors and attitudes in the organization of unionized employees. His research, mostly co-authored with French and foreign researchers, has been published in journals such as Organizational Research Method, m@n@gement, Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Management International, Relations Industrielles, Finance Contrôle Stratégie, Relations industrielles/Industrial relations, Revue Française de Gestion, etc. Franck is also the author of three books published by EMS and ESKA, and has written chapters of several collective works. As apassionate traveler, he has communicated at academic conferences in the United States, Canada, Cuba, Brazil, Vietnam, Dubai, England, Morocco, and Senegal. He regularly evaluates articles and articles addressed to journals such as British Journal of Industrial Relations, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Human Relations Organization, @GRH for example.
His scientific experience will be used more particularly by RIPCO to coordinate the evaluation of articles related to organizational behavior. |
