Alain Lacroux is a professor of Human Resources Management at the École de Management de l’Université Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He teaches Organizational Behavior, Data Analysis, and various aspects of Human Resources Management to student and employee audiences in continuing education programs in Master's and Doctoral programs.
He is an active member of the PRISM laboratory (EA 4101) and a member of the Observatoire de l’Intelligence Artificielle within the Université Paris 1. He is also a founding member of the Observatoire Universitaire du Télétravail (Chaire Management et santé, Université Grenoble Alpes). .
His research focuses on the theme of recruitment and selection methods, as well as various organizational behavior topics (work engagement, psychological contract, organizational justice) with a particular interest in research methodologies. He also investigates the influence of digital tools on HR processes, with a particular focus on candidate selection activities. His recent research examines the impacts of artificial intelligence systems on various actors involved in employee selection and evaluation.
