Vera Ivanaj is currently a University Professor in Management and Business Sciences at the Université de Lorraine, based at the École Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques de Nancy. She has an international professional background and draws on transdisciplinary knowledge gained through extensive experience in teaching and research in the humanities and social sciences. Her research is published internationally in various recognized academic journals and books, covering strategic management, sustainable development, innovation, entrepreneurship, art, and organizational aesthetics. Vera conducts her research within the CEREFIGE laboratory (EA 3942). She is the co-founder and co-organizer of the international conference Multinational Enterprises and Sustainable Development (MESD). Additionally, Vera practices abstract painting, exploring complex philosophical concepts such as life, energy, and movement in her artistic creations.
