She has also conducted numerous qualitative studies: quality of life at work, general practitioner-user relations, expectations and needs of pharmacists' clients, satisfaction of users of psychiatric services, etc.
A specialist in learning, she has worked for 20 years as an adult trainer and advocates a personalized teaching approach. Certified as a professional coach (ICN BS) in 2016, she joined GSA consulting in 2019, which offers individual and team coaching, training and consulting services to companies.
