This article tackles the systemic analysis of communications in a technological context of conception-realisation of TIC tools. Based on a case study in the field of the medical profession, we will make a systemic analysis of communications and we will show how interesting this methodological approach is in the understanding of professional situations and in particular situations of conducting actions. Based on our experience, we will specifically emphasise the contribution of analysis for intervention in the field. |
