Résumé : |
The notion of a freedom-form company presents itself as a new utopia to organise work. How does it work out in concrete situations? This article analyses the experience of a service company of a hundred employees. It shows that the liberation process is anything but linear. Intensive organizational work is needed to make change effective. This tends to be delegated to employees without a real debate between strategic orientations and operational realities. The concept of freedom-form company therefore does not allow for collective deliberation. |
