Experiments for discussion sening up, have been conceived as to improving interpersonal
relationship in the organizations. From performing the experiments, we can distinguish
two decisive advantages : on the one hand, the rational task which aims at identifying
subjective process invested in action as symptoms ; on the other hand, the investment, hy
the intertening person, in the desire that being of other cornes as the subject of his action.
This anticipation, at the beginning, has an importance on the future result : to change, in
the organization, the recognized status of human subjeclivity. |
