Résumé : |
For a few years now, a new managerial doctrine has emerged in the professional and consulting circles and, less obviously, in academic research circles, making "liberated enterprises" (now "EL") a new model of inspiration. and action for business leaders. An expression which today exerts a great power of attraction and which, was it not the founding ambivalence as etymologically as historical of the notion of company, would have at first sight all the appearance of a oxymoron. |
