Résumé : |
The liberated company, with the substitution of a logic of “talent” for that of skill that characterizes it, is generally presented as a major innovation. The thesis suggested here is that the liberated company and its “talents” indicate, in fact, a new phase of a continuous and hesitant process of the business models and organizations transformation, that is not only linked to the renewal of technologies and persons, but also, to the updating of the economic as well as the social deficiencies by the major neo-taylorised organizations. All the more, the least of paradoxes isn’t that this new organizational and managerial model has been promoted both by the altermondialist libertarians and the proponents of a libertarian liberalism. |
