Does psychoanalysis set up a relevant theory to interprate the organizationnal dynamics and the work experience? After comparison between psychosociology and psychodynamics of work, it seems that psychoanalytic relation is a main reference for the psychosociologists - they infer from it a social link theory - whereas, for the psychodynamics of
work, il is amply inadequate to understand the construction of the subject and of the social link. But, the framework of the investigation methods of both approaches are still inspired by psychoanalysis. |
