| Résumé : |
Drawing on Anglo-Saxon theories of organizational stigmas disclosure (Clair et al., 2005 ; Ragins, 2008 ; Chaudoir & Fisher, 2010), this paper attempts to test their applicability to a sample of individuals with disabilities. Notwithstanding an abundance of theories, we argue that the prior models should better integrate the latest advancements in the field (Chaudoir & Fischer, 2010) and give more attention to the populations that include explicitly individuals with disabilities. Therefore, this paper aims at addressing this gap by taking a closer look at the individuals with disabilities and testing the aforementioned theories in this specific context. |
