This study is about perception of disabled collaborators and managers on a disability policy in a financial group. Qualitative analyze and interpretative epistemological position confirms the shift existing between speech and practice around the dimension of diversity that is handicap. Throughout the view of the main stakeholders concerning this subject (disabled collaborators), we can notice that the gap measure advise us correctives actions plans whilst measuring the gap at the same time. Suggestions of employees are essentials in order to have a successful management of disability and, by extension, of diversity. |
