This paper examines the link between psychoanalysis and management. Stealth behaviors (hidden, secret and fast) are not seen as such at work. With the framework of a qualitative study, we identify this behaviors perfectly, and attribute their key importance in decision-making and action selection. Then, we examine stealth with the Jung’s archetype of Shadow, opening a way between psychoanalysis and management, rationality and shadow. |
