In the following article, we will present 25 behaviour standards defined from the analysis of 1105 situations collected trough a management observatory, amongst which 171 situations describing a critical event have been extracted. Performance and respect are part of the standards proposed in this grounded approach, providing Proximity management – a new emerging type of management – with an incipient status of actionable and transferable scientific knowledge. |
