The concept of unlearning meets impatience emotional, economic and political challenge. Efficiency, innovation, system optimization, profitability, the results make life unbearable. Valery already noted in 1936 that loss of distance “between desire and possession” by noticing how we become greedy speed, technology, promotions and benefits. “Unlearning” the past would be necessary to enter more quickly which seems to be part of this temporal condensation of progress ? Management is eager to operational reorganization and immediately functional managers and a gain of time and costs. But the teacher, the coach, the team leader knows how all learning is slow and how any new practice must be based from previous acquisitions by continuity and enrichment activity patterns and representations. |
