This paper proposes to examine the concept of guilt applied to working women and to assess the acceptability of the hypothesis that it could be a professional inequality factor between men and women. The analysis of 48 agreements "equal opportunity" for French companies signed in 2011 and 2012 shows no agreement directly evokes guilt women to fight against occupational inequality but instead that organizations act indirectly on this feeling through actions designed to change social expectations of women, gender roles assigned to each other, and to reduce work-family conflict. |
