The ambition of this communication aims to investigate the theme of the emotion otherwise than logic of the urgency and the immediate, but as a composing of individual and collective identity’s construction impacting on the representation of the work, the intrinsic motivation, and the organizational behavior. Thus, we want to underline an “hidden dimension from the man in the organization” (Chanlat, 1990) which embodies the diversity in organizations. Mobilizing a biographical approach as strategy of access to the reality based on an ethnosociological and clinical conception, the communication will try to bring to the foreground a “psychological contract” at the senior executives of the territorial administrations. |
